Extra versus maps and "some new stuff" too, revealed
Half-Life developer Valve has teased the new content headed for zombie shooter Left 4 Dead, by means of DLC.

Speaking in an interview with Kotaku, Valve writer Chet Faliszek said that the first DLC pack will include the two missing versus campaigns and "some new stuff" too.

If it wasn't the holidays and people weren't taking all these vacations here at Valve you'd have seen that [DLC] announcement already," he said. "We'll have an announcement shortly. I don't know exactly when.

"That's the kind of thing we're looking at, having both the new versus maps and some new stuff coming out as well," he added. "We're going to do the 360 at the same time as the PC and on the PC side we also have the SDK coming out."

In the interview Faliszek makes note that the official announcement should arrive "before Christmas", so seeing as it's already late, we're definitely expecting more details soon.

MTV Multiplayer has exciting news from an in-game advertising conference where several new titles were revealed, including the news we have been waiting for here at [SC], the sixth Call of Duty game will be Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2!!!
CoD 6 is said to be due in Winter 2009, though no other details are revealed.
